Dallas BBQ Burger
The Dallas BBQ Burger is a mouthwatering delight that combines the smoky flavors of barbecue sauce with the juiciness of a perfectly grilled burger patty. The addition of red onions and pickles provides a crunchy and tangy contrast, making this burger a true Texan favorite.
Ingredients:
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1/4 cup barbecue sauce
- 1/4 cup diced red onion
- 1/4 cup diced pickles
- 4 slices of cheddar cheese
- 4 hamburger buns
- Lettuce leaves
- Tomato slices
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
Preheat your grill to medium-high heat
In a bowl, mix the ground beef, barbecue sauce, diced red onion, and a pinch of salt and pepper
Divide the beef mixture into 4 equal portions and shape them into burger patties
Grill the burger patties for about 4-5 minutes per side, or until they reach your desired level of doneness
