Classic Grilled Burger
A classic burger on the grill is a crowd favorite at summer barbecues. It's juicy and tasty, and it's perfect for a casual meal outside with family and friends.
Ingredients:
- 1 lb ground beef
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 4 hamburger buns
- Lettuce leaves
- Sliced tomatoes
- Sliced onions
- Pickles
- Ketchup
- Mustard
Instructions:
Warm up the grill over medium-high heat
Shape the ground beef into 4 burger patties that are all the same size
Add salt and pepper to each patty
Put the burger patties on the grill and cook them for four to five minutes on each side for medium-rare, or longer if you like them more done
On the grill, toast the buns for about one minute, until they are just slightly browned
Put lettuce, tomato slices, onion slices, and pickles on the bottom bun of each burger to make it
Finally, add the grilled burger patty on top
Put the top bun on the burger, and then add ketchup and mustard as you like
Enjoy your beef burger while it's still hot!
