Chocolate Avocado Pudding Pops



With ripe avocados, cocoa powder, and almond milk, you can make healthy popsicles that taste great and are good for you.

Ingredients:

  • 2 ripe avocados
  • 1/2 cup cocoa powder
  • 1/2 cup honey or maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup almond milk
  • Pinch of salt

Instructions:

Peel and pit avocados, then place them in a blender or food processor

Add cocoa powder, honey or maple syrup, vanilla extract, almond milk, and a pinch of salt to the blender

Blend the mixture until smooth and creamy

Pour the mixture into popsicle molds

Insert popsicle sticks into each mold

Freeze for at least 4 hours or until solid

Once frozen, remove popsicles from molds and enjoy!
