Baseball Cookies

These adorable baseball cookies are a perfect treat for sports enthusiasts and cookie lovers alike. The marbled red and white design adds a playful touch, and the white chocolate chips make every bite a delightful experience.

Ingredients:

  • 2 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 cup packed light brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 large eggs
  • 2 cups white chocolate chips
  • Red food coloring
  • White decorating icing

Instructions:

Set the oven to 350F 175C and heat it up

Mix the flour and baking soda together in a small bowl

Melt the butter and mix it with the brown sugar, granulated sugar, and vanilla extract in a larger bowl until the mixture is smooth

Add the eggs one at a time and beat them in

Then add the flour mixture all at once and mix just until everything is combined

Add the white chocolate chips and mix them in

Split the cookie dough in half, making two equal parts

In one part, add red food coloring until you get the color you want, which should look like the stitching on a baseball

To make a marbled look, wrap a small piece of red dough around a bigger piece of white dough

Do it again to make all of the cookies

The dough balls should be put on a baking sheet that has been lined with parchment paper

Put it in an oven that is already hot and bake it for 10 to 12 minutes, or until the edges are golden brown

After taking the cookies out of the oven, let them cool for a few minutes on the baking sheet before moving them to a wire rack to cool all the way down

When the cookies are completely cool, use white decorating icing to make baseball stitching on the red parts of the cookies

Have fun with your tasty baseball cookies!
