Slow Cooker Spinach Artichoke Dip
A creamy and flavorful dip loaded with spinach, artichokes, and cheese, perfect for parties or gatherings. The slow cooker method ensures easy preparation and keeps the dip warm throughout your event.
Ingredients:
- 1 10 oz package frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained
- 1 14 oz can artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1 teaspoon minced garlic
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes optional
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
In a slow cooker, combine all ingredients and stir until well mixed
Cover and cook on low for 2-3 hours, or until cheeses are melted and dip is heated through
Stir occasionally to ensure even cooking
