Hoisin Pork Wraps
Asian-inspired Hoisin Pork Wraps are tasty and full of flavor. The marinated pork slices are soft, the vegetables are crunchy, and the whole thing is wrapped in a soft tortilla. The flavors and textures go together perfectly. You can make these wraps quickly and they'll fill you up for any event.
Ingredients:
- 1 lb pork tenderloin, thinly sliced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons hoisin sauce
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 1 teaspoon ginger, minced
- 1 cup shredded lettuce
- 1/2 cup thinly sliced cucumber
- 1/4 cup sliced green onions
- 4 large flour tortillas
Instructions:
In a bowl, combine minced garlic, hoisin sauce, soy sauce, sesame oil, and minced ginger to make the marinade
Add the thinly sliced pork tenderloin to the marinade, ensuring it's well coated
Let it marinate for 20-30 minutes
Heat a skillet over medium-high heat and add a bit of oil
Cook the marinated pork until it's cooked through and slightly caramelized, about 5-7 minutes
Warm the flour tortillas in the skillet or microwave for about 20 seconds
To assemble the wraps, place a portion of cooked pork in the center of each tortilla
Top with shredded lettuce, sliced cucumber, and green onions
Fold the sides of the tortilla inwards and then roll it up tightly to form a wrap
Serve the Hoisin Pork Wraps immediately, and enjoy!
