Glutenfree Vegan Walnut Prune Bread

Ingredients:
- 1 1/2 cups gluten-free flour
- 1/2 cup almond flour
- 1/2 cup chopped walnuts
- 1/2 cup chopped prunes
- 1/2 cup maple syrup
- 1/4 cup unsweetened applesauce
- 1/4 cup almond milk
- 2 tablespoons ground flaxseed mixed with 6 tablespoons water flax eggs
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
Instructions:
Warm the oven up to 175F 350C
To make flax eggs, mix water and ground flaxseed in a small bowl
Put it aside to get thicker
Gluten-free flour, almond flour, chopped walnuts, chopped prunes, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon, and salt should all be mixed together in a large bowl
Put maple syrup, unsweetened applesauce, almond milk, and ready-to-use flax eggs in a different bowl and mix them together
Mix the dry and wet ingredients together until they are well mixed
Put the batter into a loaf pan that has been greased
Put it in the oven and bake for 45 to 50 minutes, or until a toothpick stuck in the middle comes out clean
For 10 minutes, let the bread cool in the pan before moving it to a wire rack to cool all the way down
