Cajun Sliders



These Cajun Sliders are packed with bold and spicy flavors, making them a perfect choice for burger lovers who enjoy a little kick in their meal. The Cajun-seasoned beef patties are complemented by fresh veggies and condiments, all nestled between soft slider buns.

Ingredients:

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 tsp Cajun seasoning
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 6 slider buns
  • Lettuce leaves
  • Sliced tomatoes
  • Sliced red onions
  • Sliced pickles
  • Mayonnaise
  • Ketchup

Instructions:

In a mixing bowl, combine the ground beef, Cajun seasoning, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper

Mix well to incorporate the seasonings evenly

Divide the seasoned beef mixture into 6 equal portions and shape them into slider-sized patties

Preheat a grill or a skillet over medium-high heat

Cook the patties for about 3-4 minutes per side or until they reach your desired level of doneness

Toast the slider buns on the grill or in a toaster until they are lightly browned

Assemble the sliders by placing a lettuce leaf on the bottom half of each bun, followed by a cooked patty

Add a slice of tomato, red onion, and pickle on top of the patty

Spread mayonnaise and ketchup on the top half of the buns, then place them on top of the assembled sliders

Serve the Cajun sliders hot with your favorite sides
